DMCA / Copyright Policy
If you're a rightsholder and we have something we shouldn't, this is how to get it removed.
Our position
FanForge AI respects intellectual property. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, and we have a clear notice-and-takedown procedure. We also enforce a repeat-infringer policy — accounts that have multiple credible takedowns against them get terminated.
To file a takedown notice
Send a notice to our designated DMCA Agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to find it (a URL is best);
- Your contact information (address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
False claims have legal consequences. 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Designated DMCA Agent

Note: Operator is in the process of registering this Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Until that registration is complete, the safe-harbor protections of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(2) may be limited; please use the email above for fastest action.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, in Hillsborough County, Florida);
- A statement you'll accept service from the original complainant.
Send to the DMCA Agent above. We'll forward to the original claimant; if they don't sue within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat-infringer policy
We will terminate the access of users who, in our judgment, are repeat infringers.
Trademark / right of publicity
Notices about trademarks (e.g., the brand name of a K-pop group) or right of publicity (use of an artist's likeness) should also be sent to dmca@grubb.net. We respect both. Our use of artist and fandom names is intended to be nominative fair use; if you believe specific content crosses the line, tell us and we'll address it.
About what's on the site
- The live globe, gamification systems, and chat are our original work.
- The "Live K-Pop News Wire" aggregates excerpts and links from third-party news sources; we link back to the original source.
- YouTube videos are embedded via official YouTube player; we don't host the video files.
- "Photocard" digital collectibles inside the gamification system use original emoji/Unicode art only — they are not copies of any artist's official photocards.
- Wall posts, fancams, and chat content are user-uploaded. We act as a service provider under DMCA safe harbor and remove infringing content promptly upon proper notice.
