1. Agreement

FanForge AI is a brand and product of sellfast.now (sole proprietor: Roger Grubb) — the legally registered operator of this site, the SMS messaging program, and the Service. References to "FanForge AI", "we", "us", or "our" mean sellfast.now d/b/a FanForge AI. By using FanForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.
• The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial fan use.

3. Your account & profile

You don't create a password-based account. Your "profile" is stored in your browser. You're responsible for:

• Keeping your display name and posts respectful
• Not impersonating real K-pop artists, staff, or fan account owners
• Not sharing personal information of others (doxxing)

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Post hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, threats of violence, or content that incites it
• Post unauthorized leaks of unreleased K-pop music, MVs, photoshoots, or schedules
• Post copyrighted material you don't own and don't have a license to share
• Spam, phish, or run scams (concert ticket scams especially — we will report to authorities)
• Solicit payment between fans or run fan-made merchandise sales without explicit license from the rightsholders
• Scrape the site programmatically, attempt to bypass rate limits, or test our security boundaries without permission
• Use the Service to violate any law in your country

We may remove content and ban users who violate these rules — sometimes without warning when serious.

5. User-generated content (UGC)

You retain ownership of what you post on the wall, in chat, or in your profile. By posting, you grant FanForge AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and excerpt your content within the Service for the purpose of running the platform. You can delete your content any time and that license ends.

You represent that you have the right to post what you post.

K-pop artists, groups, labels, photographs

FanForge AI is a fan platform, not affiliated with HYBE, SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, ADOR, BIGHIT MUSIC, or any K-pop artist, group, or label. Use of artist names, group names, and fandom names (ARMY, BLINK, STAY, etc.) is intended as nominative fair use to identify the subject of fan discussion. We do not claim endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

7. Newsletter

You can opt in to our newsletter at any time. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you click it, you're out — within minutes, not 10 business days. We comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.

7a. SMS / text-message program

Opt-in. The SMS program is strictly opt-in. You join only by visiting https://www.fanforgeai.com, completing the signup splash modal, choosing the Super Fan tier, entering your mobile number in the dedicated phone field that appears for Super Fan, and explicitly checking the SMS-consent checkbox stating: "I consent to receive SMS texts from sellfast.now (FanForge AI) for breaking K-pop news, comeback drops, and tour alerts. Up to ~10 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase." Your consent timestamp is recorded server-side.

Frequency. Approximately 10 messages per month per subscriber, capped server-side.

Opt-out. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, OPTOUT, REVOKE) to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You can also email roger@grubb.net.

Help. Reply HELP (or INFO, AYUDA) for help, or email roger@grubb.net.

No purchase / no condition. Consent to receive SMS messages from sellfast.now (FanForge AI) is not a condition of any purchase or use of any other service.

No data sharing. Mobile phone numbers, opt-in status, opt-out status, and consent timestamps collected as part of the SMS program are not shared, sold, or rented to any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. The only third party that processes SMS data is Twilio Inc., our delivery provider, and only for the purpose of delivering the SMS on our behalf.

Carriers not liable. Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Third-party content (YouTube, news wire)

The Service embeds YouTube videos and aggregates publicly-available K-pop news. We don't host or own the third-party content. By interacting with embedded content you may be subject to YouTube's / the news source's own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold FanForge AI / Roger Grubb harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. (Where local mandatory consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those still apply.)

14. Changes

We'll update the "Effective" date when we change these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter or a site banner.
